Great Location

We had read the rather mixed reviews which now we would say are very fair. The staff we found to be friendly, helpful and polite helping with directions and providing us with city maps. As we arrived very late on Monday a local restaurant Ateco was recommended and we received a discount and a welcome drink as a thank you.
The location is the main attraction of the hotel walking distance to Trevi Fountain, and minutes from the station with easy metro links to other sites, be very aware of pickpockets if using the metro
The hotel room was clean and comfortable but would agree with every comment about the rooms being warm, we were OK as it was February but the non existent air conditioning would make these room unbearable in the summer city heat.
Breakfast offered a good selection but again fair comment that the hot food could be kept hotter but selection was good with everything refilled regularly and staff helpful and polite
Many local good quality restaurants within an easy walk along with bars, supermarkets, bus and tram stops.
Overall we got what we paid for yes the hotel was a little noisy from the traffic, we expect that in a city center. yes hotel was warm great for chilly February but we cannot fault anything ing else.

Other than being charged for some bottles of plain water from the room, the stay was otherwise great! Fully recommend.

Hotel to recommend

Strategic location for sightseeing and proximity to Termini station. Clean and comfortable environment, friendly and helpful staff. Great and well stocked breakfast.
Good value for money.
Although brief mine was a nice experience in this hotel

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Genova. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the daily breakfast was quite good! Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend!

The staff Ali gave us very good suggestions to the restaurants around the hotel. The location is convenient to everywhere in Rome.
