Absolutely Pathetic.
I stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and all 3 days my toilet broke down. They would send a plumber after 2 hours hence delaying all my plans. The rooms are not clean and the charging pins are near the door and not near the bed.
I was promised breakfast for all the problems with my bathroom but they denied it when I went to claim it. It’s an unclean unmaintained place.

Worst Place Ever and Will Double Charge Your Credit Card - STAY AWAY!!!!!!

The worst place ever. If i could give it 0 stars it would get zero stars. They double charged my credit card and still have not refunded the extra charge. Stay away. They will not reply to any emails nor reply to Facebook messages, nor What's App messages. The worst hotel I've stayed at.

Avoid this place - awful

The so-called "hotel" gets the lowest Rating even though they should get even lower.
Dirty, crumbling, a malfunctioning safety box, malfunctioning refrigerator.
The worst thing was that we both woke up with little strange rashes / bites on the body. Never live here.

This hotel was absolutely terrible, trash even, I would have rather just spent the night outside. First of all, the walk to the hotel room from the lobby was totally unsafe, there were hazards everywhere, we even went to an area without a ceiling- what if it was raining?? Next, they charge you for every extra towel you use, and they only give you 4 for 2 days, that is genuinely insane, I’ve spent my time in many hotels in Italy and I have never seen someone do this before. Back to the shower, it was dangerous, I should genuinely sue. The shower sprayed directly at the hairdryer, and there was no curtain so every time you showered it would get the whole room wet- but guess what you can’t use towels or you get charged??! Again, the bathroom was constantly making noise, and dripping. None of us could sleep. And finally, even though there is a lot more to talk about, the beds were practically glued together- there was absolutely no space. We booked as a room of four and this could have maybe fit 2. Definitely not worth the price, spend more money and go to another hotel.

Bad experience

The only positive note is the receptionist who welcomed us offering us breakfast for two mornings in a row. Otherwise bad.
Horrible cleaning (hair and hair in the closets) towels put only on request, horrible bathroom without bidet and with the worst shower ever seen in a hotel.
