An excellent location, competent staff

Excellent location. Private but very central location, the room is very clean and absolutely tidy. But above all, the telephone assistance when arriving late is perfect: Moira expertly accompanied me remotely to access the facility without problems. I will definitely go back.

First of all, it’s Airbnb not a hotel. Very old building and not will maintain. No hot water after taking shower for 5 minutes. Mosquito
Attack you at night time. Water leaking out from a small fridge. Stayed away from this property

Horrible experience

Horrible communication, didn’t have good service outside when person sent me door codes via text. That same night we went into city and when we tried to come back inside we couldn’t enter the apartment because I never received the second code. Called owner multiple times and texted since he made it clear if anything was wrong we could. No response and I had my baby with me. I had to find a hotel that had empty rooms that same night and booked it. Morning comes around and still nothing, it wasn’t until about 10am he finally answers and says those aren’t his office hours to reply and that it was my own fault for not receiving the codes. I asked for my city tax back from that first night since the hotel I stayed at told me to ask for a refund, stated he would but I still have not received it. Do not stay here! They never answer you and don’t seem to care for emergency services. Could have all been avoided if he just texted back code.

Just a pinch to be great

Comfortable room, in an excellent position to reach many places of great interest. Availability for baggage storage after check out.
Small measures would allow you to optimize your judgment: a small table and a chair so you can have a coffee while sitting and not on the bed, a soap dish in the shower so you don't have to hold the shampoo in your hand and slippers that absolutely must not be missing during a stay.

To avoid / To avoid!!!

Rudeness of the staff as well as total inexperience. The boy "in charge" of reception told me that he would "throw" my things on the street due to his inability to communicate with the agency that had handled my booking.
