Holiday in relax
We met this hotel through friends and it was a wonderful surprise. We spent a week during the Christmas period and it was very relaxing, we were sorry to have to leave!
What about, in addition to the enormous availability reserved for booking, trying to meet our overnight requests, we found a beautiful structure, equipped for children with a beautiful room dedicated to them and a swimming pool with slide to be the envy of the most popular spas! Our son was very happy to have a snack with the excellent desserts and then splash in the water, while we enjoyed healthy relaxation in the warmth.
Excellent cuisine, we especially enjoyed the buffet always stocked with vegetable soups and hot broths, as well as the various courses offered and the delicious bread every day. Impeccable also the menu proposed for Christmas dinner, despite not being at home we felt pampered.
The only drawback to report was the double bed that we did not find particularly comfortable, and being pregnant I suffered back pain because of the difficulty in sleeping. I would recommend replacing it with a more modern bed and more comfortable mattress. The child instead rested comfortably in the adjacent bunk bed while also having a lot of fun experimenting with the different heights available.
However, I would definitely recommend a holiday at this hotel for the well-being generated and the beauty of the surrounding places.

Very close to perfection
Very nice structure with large common areas that do not suffer crowding. Very friendly and helpful staff, both in reception and in the restaurant and cleaning staff.
The rooms are very nice and clean, there is a balcony with coffee table, great for smokers like me; from our room there is no panoramic view except looking out and looking sideways.
In our room type there is no bidet, but there is the hose with the shower that provides enough. The equipment is great, there is everything you need, bathrobes and towels included, which are also useful for going to the SPA. Soap and shampoo/shower gel in convenient fixed dispensers (not in the obnoxious micro bottles. Fon doing what he has to do.
Negative note, in both nights I could not sleep well and I woke up all the time (not only me, even my wife), with a lot of fatigue when I woke up in the morning: there were no noises, the temperature was optimal and the breathing was good, the only thing I can blame is the mattress, springs, not up to everything else. Too bad, this is a mole for which I have not evaluated the maximum. But maybe it's an individual thing.
The food was great, nothing to reproach: at breakfast nothing is missing, dinner seems haute cuisine and from 14 to 16:30 (to our pleasant surprise, because we were asking ourselves the problem of where to eat for lunch) there is the possibility of serving buffet something to get to the evening. The liter of filtered tap water they charge 3 euros is a bit grotesque as what but whatever. It is not an economic issue but water is a vital element that should always be available, especially while eating, when not ready because it could save a life. Your structure costs something close to zero. You can fill appetizer plates with as many kilos of food as you want but a liter of water 3 euros. You charge for sodas, wine, but for water, leave the draught vending machines with the jugs like I've seen them do normally.
The SPA: as soon as we arrived we opened a first door and thought that if there is a hell it must be like this, a pool full of children and noisy teenagers. We were about to leave disappointed when we opened a door that we had not noticed before and there is the real SPA area, forbidden to children under 14, peace. Not bad, 4 saunas at different temperatures, a Turkish bath, Kneipp path tubs, sun loungers, swimming pool with "anticervical" waterfall and a Jacuzzi for 4 people. Maybe missing the emotional shower - chromotherapy.
Here as in everything, the thing that ruins the atmosphere is the ignorance or over-fucking of people: in saunas and Turkish baths costumes are absolutely forbidden and it is written on every front door; you can access naked or covered by the towel (supplied), and it is not because it is a den of dirty naturalists as I have read in other reviews, it is a matter of health and particles released by material and dyes of the costumes stressed by heat. However, there were a fair number of people, perhaps illiterate or perhaps simply uncivilized, who still introduced themselves in costume. In addition, other illiterate or cunning, have entered the vm14 area with their 10-12 year old children, perhaps to escape the chaotic hell there, sometimes behaving as usual in the other area (eg: a father with his child playing, screaming, diving in the pool). The greatest anarchy took place on a Sunday, when there was a lack of staff at the entrance to the area, but I still do not blame the structure, I guess they can not enter the saunas and take people away by the ears.
Another thing ruined by the rudeness of customers: electrical outlet in the garage for free charging of electric cars, for all our unusable stay because a single customer placed his and did not move it anymore. Ours is a plug in, so in the end we let it go without protesting too much at reception, because we would still have managed to get home without stopping for an hour somewhere else.

Ubytování během jarních prázdnin / Accommodation during spring vacation
Tento hotel a ubytování musím pochválit za výborný poměr cena/kvalita. Překvpila nás poprvé využita 3/4 penze, která je skvělá při návratu z lyží a čekání na večeři, která v tomto hotelu začíná v příjemných 18.30. Hotel má moc pěkné wellness a samostatný dětský bazén s malým tobogánem, kde je teplá voda, ale pro mě až příliš vysoká teplota okolnícho vzduchu.
My jsme si připlatili za pokoj bez koberců , který je vybaven moderně a vkusně a vždy byl čistě uklizen. Na našem pokoji 214 bylo trošku odřené koženkové polstování (záda) postele, což malinkato kazí dojem z mého kladného hodnocení. Doporučuji vyměnit :-).
Perfektní a usměvavá recepční a to i platí v restauraci u obsluhy. Při příjezdu byl dotaz na nějaké alergeny na potraviny, což běžně také nebývá.
Hetel si svým podáním nehraje na nic luxusního, ale zároveň nic méněceného.
Pro rodiny s dětmi ideální i díky herně vedle bazénu a samostatného wellness centra.
Hotel nabízí i skipas zdarma na sjezdovce vzdálené cca 11 km od hotelu, která je 11 km dlouhá. Sjezdovka je zajímavě členěná a dá se využít tak 2 x za týden na 3 hodiny i pro dobrého lyžaře.
Bylo by super, kdyby hotel nabízel slevu na skipas Racines Giovo Colle, či Ladurns - tak to by byla pecka.
Na otázku vrátit či ne odpovídám - Ano a to díky poměr cena /kvalita
I must praise this hotel and accommodation for its excellent price/quality ratio. We were surprised by the first time we used 3/4 board, which is great when returning from skiing and waiting for dinner, which in this hotel starts at a pleasant 6:30 PM. The hotel has a very nice wellness and a separate children's pool with a small slide, where the water is warm, but for me the ambient air temperature is too high.
We paid extra for a room without carpets, which is modern and tastefully furnished and was always clean. In our room 214, the leatherette padding (back) of the bed was slightly scuffed, which slightly spoils the impression of my positive rating. I recommend replacing it :-).
Perfect and smiling receptionist, and this also applies to the restaurant with the waiter. Upon arrival, there was a question about any food allergens, which is not usually the case.
The hotel does not pretend to be anything luxurious, but at the same time nothing inferior.
Ideal for families with children thanks to the games room next to the pool and a separate wellness center.
The hotel also offers a free ski pass for a ski slope about 11 km from the hotel, which is 11 km long. The slope is interestingly structured and can be used 2 times a week for 3 hours even for a good skier.
It would be great if the hotel offered a discount on the ski pass Racines Giovo Colle or Ladurns - that would be a hit.

Here price-performance is 100% right
a very clean hotel with nice staff, here is 100% value for money
ESSEN: The salad buffet in the evening was great and also the starters,- main and desserts were good. The appetizer buffet (we had once) was the hitt, you don't need anything else. At the breakfast buffet with show kitchen you will find everything you need for breakfast (croissant, cake, biscuits, fruit, bread, muesli and various yogurt, butter, various types of sausage and cheese, eggs, bacon, jam, honey and juices...etc.). The afternoon snack consisted of soups with various inlays, salads and some desserts
KIDS AREA: Children's baby pool (very warm water), large family pool with great slide was all very clean. The very small outdoor playground unfortunately made a not so well maintained impression (although some days no snow fell, the equipment was not dreamed of and some playground equipment was defective). The playroom was clean and the huge ball pool with slide was a hit for our children. Some other play equipment was also available. The few board games were unfortunately defective and incomplete.
ADULT ONLY AREA: small but fine poos , jacuzzi, saunas, and relaxation areas. When we got there, it was never crowded.
LOCATION: great for skiing (several ski resorts nearby) or relaxing and strolling (Sterzing nearby)

Beautiful winter retreat
We stayed for 6 nights in early January and we are dreaming of our return. We booked the slightly larger room to give our son his own space. He enjoyed having the bunk room all to himself with a sliding door for privacy. Our bed was comfortable and we had lots of outlets available for charging our devices. Our bathroom was large with a rain showerhead. The water was always hot and so nice after a cold day outside. We enjoyed the meals with our 3/4 board and getting to interact with all the wonderful servers. They made us feel very special. We enjoyed Aperol spritzes every afternoon while reading or playing cards.I also loved the atmosphere of the hotel, lots of natural decorations like dried flowers and yarn/wool art. The front desk greeted us every time we came through and helped us to use the bus system to Monte Cavallo. The servers spoke English well, since our Italian is very poor (we hope to learn more for next year!). We used the pool area as a family and also enjoyed the spa area for the sauna and warm pool. The week was a dream, I can't wait to book another trip! Thank you for your hospitality!
