not satisfied
31 eatable lunch scarce dinner all cold
January 1st all the rest of the dinner with something else
as satisfied rooms as very good reception.
as animation I found much better ones.

leggo con dispiacere che i servizi in genere non hanno pienamente soddisfatto le sue aspettative, poniamo la giusta attenzione a questi importanti momenti della giornata, ma a volte qualcosa sfugge e segnalazioni come la sua ci aiutano a trovare la giusta soluzione, e le sono grato per averla condivisa.
A onor del vero non tutti i feedback che stiamo ricevendo sono così negativi, tutto lo staff è stato sempre a vostra disposizione per accogliere tutte le richieste e dare tutte le attenzioni in ogni momento.
Rimane il fatto che la sua esperienza va accettata per comprendere come potere servire sempre meglio i nostri stimati ospiti.
Speriamo di poterle dare nuovamente il benvenuto nei Mangia’s Resort e cogliamo l’occasione per invitarla a provare anche le esperienze che offriamo nelle altre nostre strutture in Sicilia e Sardegna.

Not all inclusive!
Only able to eat and drink for free in the buffet area, you even need to pay for a bottle of water to drink poolside! Dangerous in heat for you guests!
Raised a complaint with the travel agent day 2 and they agreed that they are not offering all inclusive as they should and will be reviewing the resort. They are breaking ASA rules by stating all inclusive and not stating what you should expect to have to pay for onsite, they are charging for soft drinks and any food outside the buffet. This is not all inclusive in any definition.
After various discussions onsite with Francesca we were able to get the all inclusive we expected. Thank you Francesca, your efforts were appreciated.
The rooms are clean and functional in size. Look out for the €5 charge to use a beach towel - this was stated on a small card in the room and not in English. Cleaners do a great job.
Don't bother paying for a room upgrade! The balcony fits 1 chair and one person standing if you are lucky! Not worth the money.
Food in the buffet is interesting! And recycled for breakfast because everyone wants Bolognese with there cornflakes. During our stay we noted that other restaurants are closed most nights so limited choice to eat.
The steak restaurant closed throughout our stay.
The ladies that greet you for breakfast, lunch and dinner are nice and will help allocate you with a table and supply drinks with food.
Ate at the pool bar, food was ok, nothing to shout home about (€15 burger), Yes initially I had to pay at the pool bar for food.
We wanted to book an excursion to see the island but all guides are french speaking only! What's the point in doing an excursion when you learn nothing from your guide because they won't speak English!
However, the lady that dealt with us was one of the nicest people at the resort. She took the time to chat to us, find out what we wanted to do and we ended up on a trip in the end with some guidance from her. The only person who has shown an interest in improving our stay at this resort. Excellent! Thank you!
Entertainment is good when on offer, which is non-existent in the day and only some evenings! Singer is amazing although song choice sometimes quite depressing!
Shame that they decided to have circus performances around the pool and not the amphitheatre as everyone struggled for a seat or to see and several guests nearly ended up in the pool cause they were blinded by lights used for staging!! Why have a amphitheatre and not use it!?!
Just another thing to add to the list of things that I don't understand about this resort.
Bar is ok. Go overboard with alcohol in drinks so they are undrinkable in most cases even if you ask for a reduced serving of liquor in the drink, it's generally ignored. Don't have content of self named cocktails listed on the menu so it's pot luck and even when I have ordered the same drink, it was different every time. Asked for the content of the cocktails and the lady serving me just huffed and walked off like I was asking to much of her! Rude beyond belief. If you work behind a bar surely you expect questions about what you are serving?!? Especially when the named cocktails are not ones I am used to or seen before.
Luckily a bar man saw this happen and how exasperated I was with the situation and stepped in and helped me. I finally got a drink in the end.
The sunset ritual is nice, worth the little walk. Be warned they only sell top label alcohol drinks and also charge for soft drinks at this bar.
Think the DJ needs some lessons in mixing though - was a bit jarring at times from one track to the next.
Adult only Pool is nice, when it's not filled with screaming kids! The kids have there own pool with slides but none of the staff enforce this or families took any notice of this! So much for a relaxing day laying in the sun.
They have the locals in at the weekends and run conferences so it gets very busy and feels a bit weird when you are on your holiday and you have people working on laptops around you.
Feels like everything you ask of most staff is inconvenient, there is a lack general common sense, decent nice staff is in short supply at this resort and everything a paid for extra.
Been to all inclusive resorts all around the world and this place has genuinely blown me away for all the wrong reasons!
Avoid if possible!

Beautiful New Year
Impeccable reception , flagship we find the animation led by Michael great professional of the sector.
Shows and entertainment were not lacking thanks to Michael and his team.
Carla thank you for your fitness classes!
The kids had too much fun with the kids' club girls.
Well organized New Year's Eve dinner thanks to the guys who managed to involve most of the people.
Special mention for the maître Giovanni and Mrs. Tiziana of reception.
The structure always the top.
This year for the first time also a pinch of negative......!
