PERFECT STAY. AMAZING STAFF. COMFY BEDS! What more do you want?
This wonderful hotel managed to get everything perfectly right.
From check in I was ‘wowed’ by the styling and lobby, exceeded my expectations for a 4*.
Every single staff member I spoke to was unbelievably outstanding. Reception staff 10/10. Breakfast and bar staff 10/10. We booked for my partners 40th and we were immediately greeted with ‘Happy Birthday Paul’ at check in. On the morning of his breakfast, the breakfast guy said ‘Happy 40th Birthday’ all unprompted which was just lovely. It’s these little touches that matter. On returning back to our hotel on the evening of his birthday they had left a handmade, hand decorated birthday card and 2 mini Proseccos in our room. This was lovely touch and I wish I drank alcohol but sadly we don’t but the thought was still amazing.
Breakfast was 10/10! Small but perfect selection with quality ingredients. Cooked eggs and bacon and toast and the usual continental selection with fruits, yogurts, seeds, nuts, pastries and cereal
Rooms: 10/10. Chose this hotel as my partner is a vinyl collector and part of our trip to Milan was to go record shopping so to have a working record player in the room was phenomenal. We secured a cheeky upgrade again for my partners 40th so we had a balcony too. The bed was unbelievably comfy, another 10/10 for the bed and the same for the pillows. We slept very well.
I don’t know what else to say to praise this hotel and its staff enough. It was PERFECT and I 100% recommend it to everyone reading this.

Great Pension in Milan!
The staff is at your disposal and is very pleasant.
Breakfast is hearty, varied and tasty.
For guests arriving by car, the car park is located next to the Pension (approximately €25 per day) and you will benefit from a discount thanks to the Pension.
You enter by crossing the ZTL and you can buy directly at the parking lot the right of way (about 5€). They will help you to activate it at the reception (good to know, ZTL is not mandatory on We, for a stay on Friday / Saturday, I only paid for one day).
I had a great time, I highly recommend!

Cool but lacking in parts
Our first room had a small corner shower with a concertina door and shower that wouldn't hold up or flow property.
The room we were switched to had a very much dated marble bathroom which although kitsch in style could do with ripping out and replacing. The lighting in the bathrooms is dreadful.
Both rooms had the original light/plug sockets which were not fit for purpose and had several buttons that did not work and it was pot luck if you got the lights on in the first try.
Breakfast was average.
The staff however were very accommodating and friendly which is what has put this rating up for us.
