Kindness and professionalism

Friendly and helpful staff, simple but clean rooms. Connections to and from Ieo with shuttle service included in the price at set times, approximately every hour. I recommend this structure above all for the convenience (close and well connected to the IEO) and kindness of the staff who were helpful and professional and above all sensitive to customer problems.

Disappointing

What to say ? I went there due to the proximity to IEO, modest, quite expensive shuttle bus, modest welcome as well as the treatment, without a restaurant but with service with a take-away restaurant, problems in being able to eat in the room, I needed to rest, but the staff forced me to eat in the hall in a miserable room, in spite of the IEO convention, I don't recommend it for health reasons, the bar room and breakfast are equally modest, I won't go back, from the description the reality was disappointing. Buongiorno Sig.ra Rosalba e ben trovata, lei ha prenotato su booking.com una camera economy senza colazione e servizio di navetta Non avendo mai visto la nostra sala colazioni come può a giudicarla ? Il costo che ha pagato per la navetta è inferiore a quello che avrebbe pagato di taxi, quindi non capisco il suo disappunto ? Mangiare e fumare in camera non è consentito in quanto entrambe le cose lasciano delle conseguenze antipatiche, tipo odori sulle tende e copri letto, macchie di olio, schizzi di vino, ecc. Insomma meglio evitare se proprio non è indispensabile. Ovviamente se uno ha problemi, e non era il suo caso visto che andava avanti e indietro con suo marito, meglio evitare. Come ha potuto verificare tutti i nostri ospiti possono uso fruire gratuitamente dalla nostra saletta bar posta di fianco alla reception, la quale è dotata di tavoli sanificati, senza nessun costo.
Ci spiace che lo staff sia apparso ai suoi occhi "modesto e privo di umanità" ma lei capisce che in un Hotel che si rispetti sono proprio i receptionist che assicurano il rispetto delle regole anche a tutela di tutti gli altri ospiti. Ovviamente ci sono B&B o Appartamenti che non hanno nessun controllo dove ognuno potrebbe fare ciò che gli pare, ma questa è una scelta che potrà fare in futuro.
Grazie per essere stata nostra ospite e per l'opportunità che ci ha dato di specificare i nostri servizi e dotazioni.

Davanti alla sua camera c'è l'ascensore, percorre una decina di passi e si siede comodamente in saletta, tavolo sanificato e con tovaglietta, nessun costo aggiuntivo, consuma il pasto e torna in camera. SCAMMERS ON PEOPLE'S SKIN

Dilapidated structure, unhelpful staff, disproportionate price.
Elevator NOT WORKING.
Even if I had to, I couldn't go back.
Room cost at 1 star level, maybe 1 and a half stars.
Extremely negative experience at the Rex hotel especially for the inhumane treatment received by booking in the morning at 11am to stay another 2 days more in their hotel requested due to various personal needs.
Made us pay in advance, and without an agreement (as otherwise told to us by phone). In the afternoon at 5pm we asked and said that we would have to leave urgently by plane in the evening, and therefore if they could at least give us a partial refund, given that our names had not yet been registered and reported.
The excuse from the Director was to say that in the 2 days requested and paid in advance, Doctors' Conferences were scheduled on the same days, and instead there was an increase and that therefore the price per room would have changed from 90, 00 in agreement at 149.00 the next morning.
So we paid the modest sum of around 300 (excluding a few euros) for a further 2 days.
Not even in the most famous holiday resorts.
In my opinion unjustifiable, without any agreement with the IEO.
We stayed in that hotel for 1 night and we spent enough in relation to the type of hotel and what was offered... (I would say half a star, to be exaggerated) and we also didn't "enjoy" the agreement with the IEO advertise abundantly both on the site and outside the facility!
I don't understand why, if the IEO doesn't ascertain who makes the agreements with...
Absolute lack of respect towards all those people who must necessarily go to the IEO.
I have no words left to DESCRIBE ANYTHING ELSE, but above all I have not had any refund, not even an apology

Io non so chi lei sia, dal momento che neanche si firma ? Avendo 55 camere quasi sempre piene, non è facile. In ogni caso noi non truffiamo nessuno. Da quello che lei scrive provo ad ipotizzare una risposta. Il giorno della partenza lei ci chiedeva se poteva prolungare il soggiorno ? l'Albergo era completo causa evento fieristico, vista la sua necessità abbiamo dirottato altri clienti in altri Alberghi, offrendo a lei la camera a quel punto libera. La tariffa che le è stata offerta una tariffa scontata di 150 euro ? tolti qualche euro ? Per 2 notti = 300 € ? le abbiamo chiesto il pagamento anticipato, cosa che facciamo sempre in periodi fieristici proprio per evitare problemi. Lei ha pagato ed accettato le condizioni offerte. Ora alle ore 17.00 del giorno stesso lei dice di essere partito improvvisamente e chiesto al Direttore un rimborso parziale. Da una verifica nessuno di noi ricorda questo episodio, neppure il sottoscritto in quanto alle 16.00 termino il mio lavoro. Inoltre non abbiamo tariffe di 90 € ne con lo IEO ne con altre aziende o agenzie viaggio. Tengo a confermarle che in ogni caso NESSUN rimborso le sarebbe spettato. Se è successo che l'ascensore era guasto avrebbe potuto utilizzare quello di servizio, il nostra Albergo è un tre stelle superior (vale a dire che per dotazioni e servizi offerti potrebbe richiedere al comune la quarta stella) cioè non 1 stella e mezza ! Capisco che lei è incavolato perchè per motivi di salute deve sostenere delle spese ma questa non è una ragione per prendersela con noi, offendendo e diffamando ! Allora il gommista truffa chi buca le gomme, l'idraulico chi ha ha una perdita, il panettiere chi ha fame, ecc ecc.

We stayed here for three weeks, Overall, my stay at the hotel was good. The staffs were attentive, my room was comfortable, and the amenities were great.
However, the breakfast variety was a bit lacking. While the quality was good, there weren't as many options as I would have liked. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

The hotel is sold as a grand hotel, but unfortunately it is a simple guesthouse, clean, but the prices need to be revised for the services it offers.
Located not far from the subway but the services in the area do not correspond to the expectations described.
Very dated and unwelcoming.

Buongiorno Paola, la ringrazio ma siamo un buon tre stelle a Milano ma, pur avendo 54 camere non ci illudiamo di essere un Grand Hotel. Sviluppato su 8 piani e 3000 mq. completamente e profondamente rinnovato, l’Albergo Rex è situato in posizione strategica, a Milano in zona sud, facilmente raggiungibile da chi arriva in macchina per la sua vicinanza con tutte le autostrade e tangenziali di Milano. La sua posizione, molto tranquilla ma comunque a poca distanza dal DUOMO DI MILANO, a soli 15 minuti di Tram 24 , in quanto ben collegato con mezzi pubblici quali ; metropolitana linea gialla fermata “Corvetto” (6 fermate dal Duomo), tram 24, bus 95 , l'ampia hall, le due sale colazioni per individuali e per gruppi turistici, il servizio di navetta, il garage, SKY calcio e cinema, la rete wii-fii su tutta la struttura, oltre che il personale gentile e disponibile lo rendono particolarmente accogliente. Essendo posizionato all’interno di un parco risulta essere tranquillo e lontano dai rumori della strada.
