Russophobic Hotel
This is the first time that a receptionist has ever experienced such disrespect for their guests. Rude, rude, allowed himself a lot. Arriving at the hotel ahead of time asked to leave their luggage at the hotel before check-in and charge their phone in the lobby.Categorically refused.Where is this seen?Asked for late check-out, were ready to pay for half a day, was also refused in a rude form. The front desk worker was always bullying us. That's why this hotel is on my blacklist! There are many other worthy options. Don't spoil your mood and nerves.

BOOKED ROOM DOUBLE CHARGE
Please I need your attention in two emails that already sent and I haven’t received any answer of them. I’m contacting you because I stayed in your hotel last month (Nov 17 to Nov 18) and the system charged me the cost of the room at the moment to booked it (July 11) and in the moment to leave the hotel, I have a double charge in my credit card. Is it possible that you can check this transaction and reimburse me the money or cancel the transaction because I have a double charge for one night.
