Beautiful stay

Beautiful experience. Lovely location immersed in the countryside. Very cozy house. High comfort. Quiet. Hearty breakfast. Flavio and Catia are two lovely hosts. Comfortable by car a little less if by train. Availability of rental bicycles. I hope to return soon. Highly recommended!

Heartfelt thanks to Flavio and CATIA, they are just perfect in everything, it was a real pleasure to stay with them.
Beautiful environment, attention to detail, clean rooms and impeccable bathroom, parking even with charging station for electric cars (if I saw correctly) and then there are them to make the difference. Bravo bravo bravo! we will gladly return when we are in the area

Weekend festival of trafficking

We returned to Marotta for the Trafficking Festival from which we had been missing for some years. Eaten well by the sea as usual, too bad for the evening re-enactment that failed due to a problem with the nets and especially too bad that it is not enhanced by explaining perhaps with a speaker what they were doing. The B&B was a discovery, we did not know it and we enjoyed it, very nice and welcoming garden. Exceptional breakfast spotless rooms and very nice owners. We will definitely recommend it

So much care to Marotta

Welcome care cleanliness dedication and a great breakfast are just some of the aspects that strike when staying at Flavio and Catia. We bike enthusiasts found it extraordinary also for the excellent location near the sea and the hills not far from Fano and Senigallia. Our room dedicated to art was perfect to spend two days in total comfort and beauty. Rarely is so much attention paid to every detail as in this beautiful structure. We will not fail to return if we pass by here

Ideal stay for a relaxing holiday by the sea or in the villages of the Marche region

The structure is very welcoming and pleasant. Flavio and Catia demonstrated, in addition to an innate friendliness and courtesy, great professionalism in welcoming their guests.
