Fantastic Holiday
Stayed In Beatrix for 10 days.
Outstanding Location.
Rooms are Very Large and Comfortable
Rooms were spotless upon our arrival

Pool is perfect and very clean

For us this was once but never again
This accommodation did not meet our expectations in a number of respects. On arrival you get the key and you sort it out. We had apartment (flat) 15. A lot of lugging upstairs with suitcases because this part of the complex has no elevator. (We could not get this information from the site when booking) Once in the apartment, we found rooms without atmosphere. No extractor hood in the kitchen and an electric hob that is in serious need of updating. The bathroom needs a makeover. Not equally clean everywhere (joints and seams) and a mixer tap from the Stone Age. It is recommended to consult hidden costs (lowercase). Parking for 5 days at the complex costs 40 euros extra. And if you want air conditioning, you also pay an extra 20 euros per day. It would be helpful to the operators if they offered an all-inclusive price. Furthermore, the rooms lack an information folder or book with useful information. The kitchen-diner has a bare table with hard chairs. In our opinion, there is no question of any convenience. On the other hand, the bed was good and there was plenty of space in the apartment. The swimming pool was also well maintained. But we did not get a real guest feeling. Of course we communicated our findings to the manager by email, but unfortunately no response was received. We think 180 euros per night is a lot of money for what we got. So that's why for us, once and never again.

Run away from this tourist trap there are much better other places in Bardolino
We stayed in the "annexe" and our stay was a disaster. Bardolino is a really nice place but our stay was completely spoiled because of our lodging.
Our booking reservation included air-conditioning but when we got there they wanted to charge us 10€/day extra for this service claiming that it was indicated on Booking- which wasn't the case. In August it's so hot that we would never have booked without air conditioning included.
We had asked for a quiet room when we booked and we had been told that as we were on the garden all the rooms were quiet- which is false, they are all extremely noisy because Bardolino's main road is just 15 m away plus there's a wine factory just by the room which is very noisy even at night (not to mention that they moan the lawn at 8 am on Monday mornings). We went to complain to the manager who nearly threw us out and insulted us in Italian.
The equipment in the bathroom & kitchen is broken, dirty & should have been changed long ago (see pictures attached).
We payed 170€/night and clearly it's way too much, half the price wouldn't even be worth it. There are much better other places in Bardolino so run away from this place and go to another.

Your review really don't deserve an answer, is wasted time. But we want to show to the other people how inconsistent you are:
1- you know very well that in your reservation the airco was not included, you have booked through booking.com and is clearly written, Anyone can check because is written before the confirmation of the reservation.
2- booking.com is made well, you can see any hotel on the map before to book, so if you see that is near the street and you know is a problem for you, you can easily choose to not book it. Of course we can't move the building.
3 - about the fabric that you show in one of the picture, is not a fabric, is a winery, and like any winery of this place is not working till the middle of september...
4 - you have booked an apartment for 4 people in the middle of august (high season), price € 42,50 per person. What do you want? the Ritz? I really don't understand what you want to show in the picture. Was something broken? no. Was something dirty? no. (of course was something dirty AFTER your departure!)
5 - yes, we asked you to leave the office (no one have insulted you, don't be ridiculous) after 10 minutes of wasted time with your inconsistent complain.
We have been working in tourism from more than 30 years and we know very well the people like you. You want to pay nothing, you read nothing before to book (just the price), and you want to have a treatment like a in 5 stars hotel. Sorry, but the world is not turning around you.

Lovely appt, pretty spacious close to amenities & bus stop for day trips, crazy golf very close, lovely pool, only downside very close to main road, can be noisy especially at night although it wouldn't put us off returning, evening pass for theme park was great, our teenage girls really enjoyed.

Great location, pool. Basic apartment
We stayed for 8 nights in August. These apartments are basic but clean we had all we needed.. The location of these apartments is perfect, a five minute walk into the center of Bardolino and only five minutes to the edge of the lake. There is a spa supermarket just across the road. Bus stop and tourist info just down the road.
The pool was lovely, big enough with plenty of sunbeds. There was everything we needed, Laundry room if you need it. We hired our towels and bedding when we arrived as this was not provided. You can pay for air conditioning if required.
The apartments could do with being updated and some comfier mattresses as they were a bit hard.
Overall a good stay in a great location for fabulous Bardolino.
