Everything about the stay was incredible. Breakfast and all of the restaurants were spectacular. The gym is amazing and well equipped with everything you could need. Spa is beautiful. Rooms are comfortable, clean and very stylish. An excellent stay!

A constant and continuous wonderful experience
I come to this wonderful hotel from the day of opening, here everything is absolutely perfect, the courtesy from all the staff is spectacular, everyone is very attentive to meet the needs of guests, they work not only with a lot of professionalism but above all with the heart and with a lot of love.
Mr. Alberto is a real gentleman in welcoming guests, Mr. Riccardo is always ready and attentive, I apologize if I do not remember the names of all but are an exceptional staff.
Always with a smile never a word out of place, here you breathe harmony, peace and tranquility, the joy of returning is always as much as it is a sorrow to leave every time, so much you are good.
Often their courtesy moves me because you feel that they do it with joy and never as if it were a stretch.
The rooms are very nice, spotless and the quality of sleep is excellent.
The breakfast is sublime, the restaurant is of a high standard with absolutely adequate prices.
The spa even if it is small is very nice for a break after a day of work and also great for pampering a little.
I think it is the best hotel in Cagliari, if not Sardinia.

Relaxing elevated experience
Entirely refurbished recently, the Palazo Doglio has a good centered location, quiet large room with large bathroom, great design, nice patio with different style restaurants. Excellent healthy breakfast available . The bed was comfy, good pillows. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Will come back!

5 Star Hotel located 2 km away from City Center in a good area. The staff is not of a 5 Star level.
This Hotel is listed as 5 Stars.
The distance to the City Center is 2 km.
To do a Reservation needed some effort.
February, 5th in 2024 at 13:52 nobody has picked up my call.
After receiving the Booking Confirmation they have written that they wanted to get my Credit Card details.
What a pity that they have not send me a secure safe link. So I have sent them a Mail to get it and reminded them that my Credit Card details are the same like in the year before.
They haven't answered my Mail.
Upon arrival in the HOTEL Michela from the reception wanted to give me a room in the first floor what I have rejected. The year before I have stayed in the third floor. There the noise is not as loud as in the first floor. The Hotel reason for the noise is that the HOTEL has a big Patio where plenty of Restaurants are located. This includes that plenty of people are sitting outside including to listen to the live music or at the DJ.
After receiving the room in the third floor we got a shock when we saw the new beige cheap slippers for the room.
The previous years the Hotel has presented blue good looking slippers. After my complaint I got the old Version back.
Then my girlfriend went down to the Reception and spoke with Michela to get the password for Internet.
Guess what she has not received it but got told that she should bring her Mobile Phone down and then it should get filled in with the password. So she needed to run upstairs and to return to the reception..
Inside the room we have had several technical problems. The AC was adjusted with very cold temperature so we were freezing in the room.
We have switched off the AC and 5 minutes later the AC started again.
The next day at the reception I got informed that it is centrally adjusted but it was possible to change it. So the Software was changed.
Then the next problem appeared. We have switched on the light and 10 minutes later it automatically was switched off.
So in the darkness I stood up to switch on the light next to the door.
The Balcony is open to the front side. Everybody can see you while sitting on cheap chairs.
On the other hand you can watch people sitting outside in the Restaurants on the Patio.
The BATHROOM in this category of our room has a bathtub and a shower.
The problem when using the shower is the following flooding in the BATHROOM because there is no glassdoor to separate it.
The Breakfast meanwhile is good. There is no extra charge like in the previous years.
The Service is different depending on who will serve you. Flowers are standing on each table. One day a young man belonging to the Servers brought new faded (!) flowers on the table which I have rejected. His problem was that he didn't understand English.
In the Lobby and Lounge you can enjoy the permanently smell of fragrances.
On our departure day I have had the idea to get informed about the Check-OUT time.
My girlfriend went down and one of the Manager with a blue Suit and a loss of hair told her that Check-Out is at 11:00 a.m. opposite to the International time of 12:00.
Even for frequent guests he didn't want to make an exception.
In general our impression is that this Hotel is not customer oriented. We have missed friendliness, caring and attention.
The distance to the City Center is 2 km.

A perfect location
Beautiful structure just a few steps from the center : everything is perfectly maintained . Cozy room, impeccable services, attention to cleanliness. Very attentive and kind staff. Breakfast varied and great products. In short, a great choice to visit Cagliari comfortably.
