My children and I spent some very pleasant days discovering Tuscia and its lakes, thanks to the strategic location of the location.
Glad to have met Ms. Eleonora that we thank for the pleasant chat at breakfast and for the valuable advice on the area. We will definitely return to this oasis that has now become familiar. We highly recommend!

Could be much better
Everything else to review. Little clean little attention to the reception, pool area with dirty towels, deckchairs broken through, it seems all abandoned. The room small, dismal, no air conditioning, stale smell, foul-smelling sheets.
Because of the heat we had to sleep with the French window open with the fear that someone would come in.
1920s wardrobe with coat hangers from that period (see photo).
Too bad, with a little investment and goodwill it would be a killer place.

Beautiful location and fantastic structure
The owners very courteous as the staff.
They satisfied us in all our requests.
