Dirty and Fucking Service

We arrived on Friday with a pair room plus a baby. She didn't wait in the room and there were not enough towels. We called to ask for towels + a towel or a vacuum cleaner. We waited two hours when every half an hour we called Banque what was going on. In the end of two hours we went down to get her to talk to a manager who said they were not guilty because the calls were accepted at Elite.

Terrible experience.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the hotel. Early in the morning, a crewman entered my room while I slept!
As an old hotel rule goes, when I called the receptionist at night to ask for a blanket, I was answered by an e-mail office who asked what I needed, I said, "A blanket," I held a blanket on the way to you.

Miserable

Ive stayed in worse hotels, I simply don’t remember when….
12 hours to answer my request for towels in the room.
8 hours to answer my request for toilet paper.
7 minutes for reception to answer the phone.
The used plates on the dining room tables are almost never cleared, necessitating diners to remove plates continually.
Not recommended - this place needs a serious management course in how to run a hotel properly

Lack of guests

First time at the hotel and not a good experience and we probably won't come back We start with the fact that we got a key only at 4 and only with the constant pressure we asked to know what was going on We arrived at one night with breakfast despite the delay and it all seemed natural to them so they get a late room
Breakfast Dining room is crowded and there are rooms nearby with food options and choice not like in the big dining room and it's a little twisted briefly first and last time
Anyone who wants to be disappointed

Did not like at all. Staff was improperly trained and don’t know how to do their job. They do not care about the customers at all. I had a horrible expirence there.
