Please inform Villa Buko of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the hotel will contact you directly regarding the prepayment of your reservation. Prepayment should be made within 2 days after booking. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation in case the deposit has not been transferred. Guests, who staying with children under 6 years old, meals not included, extra charge. Villa Buko takes care that the stay of guests and their pets is comfortable and at the same time does not cause discomfort to other hotel guests. If you want to live with a pets, the cost will be UAH 1900 for the entire period of stay. Please note that pets in guest areas must be in your arms/on a leash, not allowed to run around, and not left unattended. Please don't be left alone in the room if they are stressed or making loud noises.
