Choosing this hotel based on my local friend recommendation because near to Central Park Mall. I was a little disappointed when i found few long hairs on the bed/under the duvet cover. Hope Trip.com able to communicate with hotel for their housekeeping improvement.

Great hotel

I stayed several times in Aston and Aston Grogol, the best in terms of service, especially when I was at the receptionist and I met him at the breakfast, the hotel was very comfortable and nice.

Best experience

Generally good. Suitable for staycation with children. It happens to get a good price on weekday. Prima breakfast! It tastes good, like a lot. The Indonesian menu is all authentic. There is Indian, Japanese and western food for the general service is not good very helpful and friendly especially Mba icha helped when check in and check out, nice experience

good place

First time staying here and have a very good experience.
The room I stayed in was very comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view.
The service provided by the hotel staff was also very good and friendly with Mba Icha who was very humble to help us on arrival until we checkout.
The breakfast is very varied and plenty of options and has a very delicious taste, making me and my family always want to return to this hotel with a strategic location close to the mall and the center of Jakarta
