Staying at Illira was one of the best experience. The staffs was incredibly kind and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast menu was vary and the taste is quite good. But at the top of all that was the hotel view, it was Bali straits and mount Ijen, incredible😍😍 thank you Illira

Great hotel near Ketapang Harbor with nice food and great hospitality

The receptionist guy (Mr.Mahdi) gave me early check in. I checked in on 1pm. 1 hour before the check in time. Thank you for nice hospitality. The breakfast was great and have lots of choices, but little bit slow on refill. The hotel have nice playground for kids too, you need to have your socks also.

Im Dhani Van Howell, I recently stayed at Illira Hotel in Banyuwangi, and it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist (Fizasqiara her name) greeted me with such warmth and friendliness, making me feel welcome right away. The hospitality truly stood out, and I appreciated how attentive and helpful the staff was throughout my stay. The hotel itself is well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

First time come to java

First time come to java, especially to Banyuwangi. I stay in Illira hotel for 1st time. Overall when i stay here so nice, with a beautiful view, i got room with mountain view
And front desk Nova and Winda smile was very bright and good!!!!!!!!!!!

Must Try Before Die

I had the pleasure of breaking my fast at Illira Hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was exceptional. A special thanks to Mr. Okky from the Front Office for his outstanding hospitality—his service was top-notch. Highly recommended!
