Best service ever!
The service was simply amazing - i have never experienced anything like it, and i want to give special credit to the following people:
Jaiaditya, Abishek, Vishnu and all the other breakfast/dinner waiters in the Mira (buffet) restaurant. They went out of their way to accommodate every dietary preference we had, and even provided food/drinks that were not on display. Also, credit to the chefs - your food was superb!
Shaikh and the others at the pool and beach - they also provided incredible service (and always with a smile).
Mayank who personally dealt with the (numerous) issues we had with our room and Apoorv who made it up to us - we really appreciated your efforts!
Our butler, Nungshi (who was great).
Finally, a big thanks to all the buggy staff as well.
The pool and beach were lovely, and the free suncream at both locations was a really nice touch.
The only thing that was sub standard was the provision for children. The kids' club itself was a fairly small room that never had more than one staff member present. They were not particularly friendly either. For us, with a disabled child, this was a real shame. Also, the outdoor play area comprised of just one small slide !
Lastly, I'd like to address the issue of weddings - they're not nearly as disturbing as some other reviewers have made out. Admittedly, we only had one wedding during our stay, but it did not ruin our experience in any way.

1000/10 Experience!
The food at every restaurant was amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The spa services were exceptional, offering a perfect mix of luxury and relaxation. And every single staff member we interacted with left a lasting, positive impression. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay feel special.
A heartfelt thank you for such a wonderful stay. Special shoutout to our butler Ben for his impeccable service! And huge thanks to the incredible staff at the pool restaurant — Nity and his amazing team: Akash, Wenron, and the sweet chef who ensured our food was always fresh and delicious.
I enjoyed my experience so much that I know I’ll be back again. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to Goa.

St. Regis Goa Resort - A Luxurious Yet Mixed Experience
We recently stayed at the St. Regis Goa Resort in the Manor Pool Suite, and overall, we had a pleasant time.
Firstly, the resort itself is stunning—beautiful landscapes, lush surroundings, and several fantastic dining options.
The room itself was spacious, but the layout of the Manor Pool Suite felt a bit outdated. Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t as pristine as we had hoped; there were quite a few insects floating on the surface, which detracted from the overall experience. Cleanliness is a major factor when booking a luxury resort, and this was an area that could use attention.
Another interesting (and somewhat uncomfortable) aspect of our stay was the presence of a Bollywood celebrity and their security detail. While we understand the need for personal security, the constant watchful eyes of the bodyguards made us feel a bit uneasy. It’s one thing to have security for safety, but feeling scrutinized during a relaxing vacation wasn’t the most pleasant experience.

Iconic property
The hotel property is stunning and while it is in need of a refurb, there are few hotels which are this blessed with space.
The staff are exceptional, and we will like to thank them all.
In particular the pool bar team of Nityanand sir, Malkeet and Akash went above and beyond to make our stay special.
We also had yoga instruction from Paromita, which was brilliant.
