The room was recently decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The only other facilities were a couple of vending machines. There was someone in reception when I arrived which was fortunate as I hadn’t been sent the door code.
Road noise was disturbing if the windows were open, despite my room being at the back of the building.
Overall rather expensive for a functional place to stay but available at short notice and convenient for the people I was visiting.

Worst experience in my life

This hotel is not friendly with English speaking travelers. The manager gave us a room on the third floor, even though she knew we had heavy luggage and there is no elevator in the hotel. Toilet didn't flush properly, overflowed, Manager refused to speak in English (or did not speak English at all), and she canceled our reservation after the first night accusing us of making noise (noise going up the stairs with heavy suitcases!) and of nonexistent damage to a door handle (see the picture). On top of that, she wanted to charge us for the four nights. It is the worst customer service, dishonest and totally disrespectful. Stay away from this place.

The best Expiriance .

Well, for the start, the welcome personnel, and the clean and Tidy rooms, I was Really Enjoying to stay here, And for the sure, I will come back in soon, because it's really nice to stay, and be in it .. I Can recommend to everyone

Das Zimmer selbst ist vollkommen ok. Ordentlich, sauber - auch das Bad.
Aber: es ist unglaublich hellhörig und laut. sowohl von innen (man hört jeden Gast der kommt oder geht; und jedes Wort kommt im Treppenhaus oder aus den anderen Zimmern) - als auch von außen, da es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt und die Fenster kaum die Geräusche dämmen.

Zentral, sauber und ideal für einen Arbeitsaufenthalt

Ich hatte im Zuge meines Vanprojekts umbaubedingt einen zweitägigen Aufenthalt in Bielefeld und verbrachte die Nächte im Motelo. Das Hotel liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse am Rande von Bielefeld, ist aber durchaus eine gute Option. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet, man erhält kurz vor der Ankunft einen Code als email um das Hotel betreten zu können, es ist zeitweise aber auch jemand an der Rezeption, ansonsten Kontakt via whatsapp oder Handy (kann man dem Aushang entnehmen). Das Motel wird in erster Linie von Monteuren frequentiert, dh. um 22:00h kehr Ruhe ein und man muss nicht mit Partygästen rechnen.
Es gibt zwar kein Frühstück, sondern nur einen Snack- und einen Kaffeeautomaten (mit gefriergetrocknetem Kaffee, nicht so meins), aber in 5 min Entfernung eine Tankstelle mit Cafeteria, das reichte mir voll.
Wer es sehr ruhig braucht sollte versuchen, ein der Strassenseite abgewandtes Zimmer zu bekommen, diese liegen in Richtung des kostenfreien Parkplatzes des Hotels und sind ruhiger als die Zimmer zur Strasse.
Lediglich das Duschgel ist furchtbar und erweckt den Eindruck, dass man sich mit Gummibärchen wäscht - besser selber was mitbringen :-)
