100% Recommendation!!
The employees are especially worth mentioning! Whether at the reception, the cleaners or the staff in the service at the meal - everyone is friendly, very devoted and does their best to leave nothing to be desired. I'm not the first and certainly not the last time here!

That's what we booked.
After dinner at the bill we saw that our son costs extra.
The fine print at the time of booking says:
Daily 5-course menu of choice per adult (Friday themed buffet)
This means that if 2 adults + 1 child book HP then the child gets nothing to eat or for an extra charge we were not advised of this.
I think this is a deliberate attempt to get a few euros out again you can't leave a child in the room and eat 5 courses.
From the reaction of the employee it was evident that this problem appears almost daily and parents here feel ripped off.

Beautiful time
Very good food and very nice staff.
Well maintained hotel with fine dining.
Direct access to the thermal bath in bathrobe is very convenient.

Quiet hotel with connected thermal bath
The rooms are functionally furnished.
If you need peace and relaxation is the right place.
There is a very varied breakfast buffet - there is something for every taste.
The staff, especially the service staff is very attentive.
Everyone is extremely friendly to guests.
We feel very comfortable with every visit and always warmly welcome.

Contrastless disappointment
The ambience, design and rooms in Haus Valentin, as well as in the hotel as a whole, we found a contrastless and oppressive nightmare in beige-grey. The interior designer must not have liked the design for reasons that cannot be explained. Everything oscillates between beige and grey-beige.
At least the web designer or photographer must have been of a similar opinion to us, because all the photographs on the website are considerably edited by color filters and contrast enhancement to conceal the monotony and suggest vividness in the design.
The food at Restaurant Feuerstein was excellent, but the prices are proud.
Conclusion for us: The hotel and the staff do everything necessary to ensure that 4 stars can be justified or published.
For us, however, there was no nuance of passion, commitment to the customer or interest in giving the guest a nice stay at the hotel.
Everyone does what they absolutely have to do.
A visit to the partner hotels is intrusively advertised throughout the hotel. The performance shown here, however, is the clearest recommendation for us certainly not to attempt a holiday in Hotelsd, which should be similarly or equally listless.
