Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform Arabel Design Apartments of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. On check-in, the property may pre-authorize your credit card for an amount between EUR 300 and EUR 1000, depending on the apartment booked. Parking is subject to availability. Please note, that an online check-in is required from 1 day before arrival date.

During your stay, you need to pay local city tax/mandatory bed tax/city tourism tax, which you need to pay at the front desk separately. Some room rates include this fee, and the fee is subject to the hotel's notification.
