All right.
Hotel well located in the city center, it is possible to do everything on foot.
Good value for money.
I will return with pleasure during a next visit to Toulouse.

Small room
In the room there is a mini bar with only one bottle of water for all two days of your stay.
Breakfast good location also

Accustomed and yet disappointed.
The hotel obviously needs a refreshment or maintenance, carpets are doubtful even in the rooms.
But surely the worst experience is breakfast, on a Sunday morning, obviously the staff does not want to be there and makes it feel well. Buffet in the dark, fortunately because everything does not breathe freshness, not even bread... many things are missing, and you have to ask the staff who gets lost in explanations to justify the absence of obvious things, such as espresso capsules (well yes in the morning people take only lungos!!), no water in the kettle, more orange juice in the empty bottle that floats in the dubious water of a champagne bucket...my neighbor asked for toast (( what idea), the waitress promises him within 10 minutes, 30 minutes later another waitress brings him a plate with 4 pieces of coal...the kind man indicates that he had given up and was done...
So we observe everything and it is clear that basic hygiene rules are ignored by the staff.
I'm sorry, but I'm not living up to our expectations.
We'll try another address next time.

Very good despite some remarks
The reception area downstairs has changed a lot, that will be my only negative.
There was before a very nice cozy living area with sofas, beautiful lamps where it was very nice to flaming.
Today it is more impersonal station hall, just 2-3 sofas without interest and direct a dining area that makes a little canteen.
We also had a delicious fragrant smell on our way home that added a very nice and classy note instead. It is no longer there either, replaced rather by a smell of swarm due to the nearby kitchen.
This is regrettable because it undermines the quality of the place.
Apart from that, the rooms remain very good, consistent with a very good Novotel.
We had a superior room overlooking the charming little square in front. Very spacious, I was with my daughter and we had 2 very distinct sleeping areas, very appreciable. Separate toilet and large bathroom with bath and shower.
Very clean.
The shower head of the bathtub was broken and remained in my hands but it remains anecdotal.
Friendly and kind staff.
And an ideal location, right in the city center and at the foot of many restaurants.
So I recommend!

A very delicate attention
Perfect room
Exhausted I used room service and it was very good
The location is perfect since in the center
Beautiful restaurant with direct access from the hotel
