The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit of 1500 will be required to confirm the reservation. A payment link will be sent to you by email once your booking is completed. The apartment will be held for 24 hours to allow you to make the payment. After this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled. A rental agreement will be drafted and must be signed.
