I cannot say enough about the staff. They are awesome! Extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.

Le Drip Hotel charged me a €150 deposit, stating it was a precautionary measure in case of potential damages. Upon checkout, everything was confirmed to be in order, and I was assured that the deposit would be refunded immediately. However, over a week has passed, and I have yet to receive my refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel, I have received no response. This lack of communication and delay in returning my deposit is unacceptable.

Check in was horrible. They did not have the room ready and when the room became ready, it took us more than an hour to check in with one person going up and down to check on the condition of the room. They really have to have more staff there to help with the customers

We only stayed one night. The hotel window looked out onto the road which was a bit noisy at night. Staff did not offer to show the pool or hotel areas when we arrived, in the morning the pool was closed for maintainance. Having the pool option was one of the main reasons why we chose the hotel.
