Fantastic location in a beautiful city
The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, speaking English when our French was limited. We chose to have breakfast one morning which was quite pricey but was tasty and used all local ingredients which was lovely to see. Table service aspect was nice for the cost - no buffets.
I had reserved spa access for us ahead of our stay after reading up on the hotel while booking. They could accommodate us without problem and we enjoyed the package as a couple. Although priced in line with other spas it was a shame not to get a bit longer than 30 minutes in the pool area but we enjoyed it none the less. The treatments were lovely.
Our room (room 17) was by the pool/jacuzzi which we enjoyed and was beautiful and private. Really comfy bed and bedding, air conditioning and coffee machine. The toiletries provided were great and we had an overall fantastic stay. We would definitely choose to return for location and amenities.

Complete scam from A to Z!!!
The services do not correspond at all to a four-star hotel.
We took the room at 280 euros excluding tax, an exaggerated price. Tiny room, no mini bar, no tongues or bathrobes for the SPA.
A paid breakfast at 6 pm, no match for a hotel in the category displayed. Fruit not peeled or cut, a small piece of cheese, plain yogurt, a bottle of apple juice with no choice. Untoasted bread, a filthy lyofilized coffee... and we're through.
Paid parking
Besides, the SPA really sucks. Pool water, cold, sweltering steam room, no way to lower the temperature. The person in charge of the balneo space had caught us late, and in addition get out rather than expected!
A joke!!! 90 euros for not even an hour!!
A real scam!!! To avoid absolutely!!
We made the remarks when we left.
This hotel deserves two or three stars grand max.
Not even ashamed to scam people like that!!!
