Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests using parking are required to give a EUR 50 deposit upon check-in for remote control, It is fully refundable upon departure after returning the remote control. Parking spaces are limited and require a pre-booking. We accept only card or contactless payments in our office, cash payments are not accepted. Guests might be asked to fill in an online check-in form where ID an card details are required.
