Great value

We stayed for one night as a family of four in a “roomy” apartment. On arrival we received a warm welcome and were able to leave the bags in the room before check in time whilst the cleaner finished up. The apartment was really bright with lots of wardrobe space. We had a double bed in a side room (glass fronted but with a mesh curtain, and the teenagers shared the sofa bed in the living area. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Towels, bedding, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all provided. There was a laundry room although we didn’t use it. The room had a balcony and kitchen area. Location was good, a 15 minute stroll to the old town. Check out on the app was easy and staff responsive on WhatsApp with any questions. The apartment was great value and we enjoyed our stay.

Had a lovely time at Bob W Tallinn. The team were so helpful and we had everything we needed included in the room - such as towels and cleaning products which I haven’t found come with aparthotels often. I would recommend to anyone coming to Tallinn to stay at Bob W.

We had an amazing stay at Bob W Hotel in Tallinn! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short 3-5 minute walk to multiple bus stops, neighborhoods, restaurants, grocery stores, and museums, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hotel was clean, and the small, thoughtful touches made our stay even more enjoyable.
The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Instead of worrying about keys or keycards, we were simply given a code to enter at the main entrance and then again at our room. It was so convenient—just keeping the code handy was all we needed!
One of the highlights was the 24/7 WhatsApp chat—and the best part? It wasn’t automated! A real person was always there to answer our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting Diana at the front desk, who gave us local recommendations, whether we had dietary restrictions or wanted to dive into the local food scene. Her extra tips and friendly conversation really stood out!
We also loved the Instax polaroid camera available for guests—it was such a cool touch! While we had to go out and buy our own film, we had so much fun capturing memories with it. Other small but thoughtful details, like the postcards, tote bag, and personalized welcome message, made the place feel warm and inviting. We’ve already been recommending Bob W to our friends and would 100% stay here again!

Good location

Good location. Not directly in the old town, but just a 10-15 minute walk. They have a good app system for check in and check out, and they are very responsive over Whatsapp and app chat. We booked a 1-room apartment and I must say it was smaller than how it looked in the photos. One other thing is that there is no room cleaning, which might be important for longer stays. Overall, nice place for a couple of days.

Generally a good experience! Location is in the city center, close to the tram and buses. The apartment was big, had lovely interior and generally looked very nice. Plus for hair drier, soaps, cotton pads and q-tips and everything in the kitchen. It had everything you need basically. The beds were super comfortable with high quality bedding. Communication with the hotel via chat was easy. Some concerns was that the bedrooms are in the cellar and one of the rooms didn't have a window, which is sketchy in case of fire. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and I had to chat with the hotel to know if it was safe to go back inside. But the alarm is obviously super sensitive and they had installed large fans in the hallways, so it felt safe. It's worth to note that we saw three long-tailed silverfish, which is common in newer buildings, so take precautions and put your luggage on something and not on the floor. If you're a light sleeper the bedrooms in the cellar is a minus because you can hear (and almost feel) the tram go by. Also the flushing and water draining from the showers in other rooms are quite loud. When we arrived there were some dirt on the sheet and hairs on one of the pillows, but I think it was an honest mistake because the bedding looked clean elsewhere. We told the hotel and they offered us a late check out and 10% off the next stay, which was a nice offer.
