Beautiful hotel in Cuenca

I didn't know about this hotel in Cuenca, and when I saw the reviews I decided on it. It is a small hotel, full of details, the staff is fabulous, and the location is perfect for walking through the center of Cuenca.
I will definitely stay at Casa Montalvo the next time I visit Cuenca.

Very unique Colonial furniture. I wish the front desk was more available for questions or they had information about tours available in the area . Breakfast was good.

Beautiful oasis in old Cuenca. Cozy yet elegant and very clean. Friendly staff. Not much English spoken.

Great guest room

Very beautiful place, comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Sonia was very accommodating and made us very welcome in her beautiful home.
Perfect location a few steps from the main square
