very bad surprise

very small OVERPRICED room without wifi, with non-potable water, potqble water with bad taste only on the terrace, one day non-functioning, no quiet hours, on the terrace hubbub until late hours, TV without controller (the staff couldn't find it), the common kitchenete (rather unclean) without announced appliances. The window leading to the terrace with no privacy.
