Beautiful hotel room and great customer service. We throughly enjoyed our stay here along with the wonderful breakfast options. They had a mix of Western and Chinese style breakfast items available. The hotel is also very centrally located and is a short subway ride away from almost all attractions.

I was very close to giving this hotel a 0 star review, because the idiot that checked me in decided to give me the room next to construction and this interrupted my sleep for the entire day
Cindy cheng the cleaner on the 19th floor took care of me and provided good service so I’m giving her a 5 star review

The family room with 2 connecting bedrooms was great, there was even a play area set up in the smaller bedroom :) Awesome location, very close to the subway station and a shopping area with plenty of restaurants.

Had a great stay at the hotel. The facilities and amenities were excellent and the room was very clean. Shout-out to Chrise Dai at the concierge desk for his help in helping us arrange our travel plans in Nanjing.
