Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of HKD 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a 10% service charge will be applied for cancellation or no-show penalty. Guests who choose the rate plan under free cancellation policy (must contact the property on or before 2 days prior to arrival) will not be charged any payment but the property will obtain pre-authorization code from guests' given credit cards for guarantee purpose. Payment could be settled upon check-in.

According to the guidelines of Hong Kong's "Product Environmental Responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023", starting from 2024/4/22, Hong Kong hotels will no longer provide free plastic bottles of water, toothbrushes, combs and other disposable plastic products to guests. If you have any questions, Please check the hotel's official website or consult the hotel in advance. According to the latest regulations of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, starting from January 1, 2025, it is anticipated that a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax will be implemented. As a result, during the check-in process, the hotel may request this Hotel Accommodation Tax. Please be advised of this potential charge and make any necessary preparations accordingly.
