Excellent location, directly connected to K11 shopping mall. Got assigned the room I preferred - 03 room on 99th floor, really thankful! Very good breakfast, and amazing view.

Given the fact that this hotel is the most expensive in Guangzhou, I was left a bit disappointed. While all staff spoke decent English, I found most of them to be somewhat 'fake friendly', or sometimes even a bit cold. The room was large, but did not always feel that well-designed. Especially the functioning of the light switches was not very intuitive. The mattress and (default) pillows were unusually soft for China and didn't provide much support. I didn't sleep well. The hotel provides a few amenities in the room, but overripe oranges, supermarket-quality Lindor chocolates, and inconvenient carton water packages are below the standards of much more affordable hotels in China. Breakfast was tasty. In terms of location, the hotel entrance is a bit far off the street and is not very inviting. The area of the hotel is also quite dead in the (late) evening.

Exceptional breakfast

Refined designed, exquisite taste. Good good coffee, amazing pain au chocolat. Made to order Dimsum. Fresh fresh fruits. Ate 3 pretzels sticks in one sitting. Best breakfast I’ve very had in a hotel. All about quality not quantity. Just class.

We loved we are heard about this Patina restaurant by online . Their food is delicious,Eating food at 95th floor ambiance was nice and all stuff behaviors are friendly. Specially Ella carol lisa Winnie and Vincent.we spending good time with delicious food at PATINA Restaurant , Guangzhou China
