Booked hotel a week prior to checking in.
Pros: customer service is very nice and helpful unfortunately they do not speak 100% English but a translator did the job. They helped me with finding restaurants & shopping and also kept our luggage at the receptionist after we checked out to finalise things. Rooms are very clean, bathroom has a biget and all necessary amenities. Buffet is a mix of foods not much halal options but it had enough to get you going in the morning.
Con’s: Not to many to be completely honest but I’m not sure if gongzhou is just a massive place but everything was a 20min didi away I spent majority of my money and time on didis however this was calculated cost.
