到了酒店发现空调是坏的，一直打不起来热风，然后打电话给前台问怎么回事，前台告诉我她很忙，一会联系保安上来处理，等了十多二十分钟没人来，我打电话前台就不接电话了，然后我就去前台问，看到前台服务员一个人在那坐着玩手机，问她空调开不起暖风，她说已经弄好了，我有上去，到了房间发现还是没有暖风，我又打电话去前台，她说她那里显示的空调正常，我房间有没有暖风她就不知道了，让她换房间她不换，让她叫工作人员来看她也不正面回答，就说反正我这前台显示的空调正常
下面有图，凌晨打到第二天中午房间温度都没有起来，反而跌了两度
