Modern convenience, widespread efficiency

After a long transfer, after so many moves this hotel has allowed for our small group to relaxrci.Camera spacious functional Clean.E breakfast, finally, rich fresh articulated.E 'was possible to order a real coffee, and enjoy seasonal fruit and genuine tarts... In the evening we shot alone along Avenida Providencia not by tourists, almost by residenti.Per departure, in the middle of the night the food box was ready!

Excellent stay! Recommended!

We stayed in the first floor Suite overlooking the street. Really a very spacious and very comfortable suite. Upon arrival the room had no fridge but after we approached the reception and ordered one, we were added without problems. The air works perfectly, the sounds from the outside did not disturb. The huge and super comfortable bed (we shared it with my 6-year-old daughter). The bathroom with double Bacha, large shower and private toilette. The only point against it was that the armchairs were peeling off the upholstery and sticking to our clothes.
As for breakfast, very complete and rich.
The pool very nice, although too cold the water. I would recommend that they could warm the water a bit so that it can be a little more enjoyable.
Attention from 100/100 staff. All super friendly and attentive.
The overall facilities very nice, well maintained and with a well current decor.
The hotel is very well located. Just one block from Providencia Avenue with many locals on hand. Ten blocks from Costanera Center/SKY, and also 9 blocks from the cable car entrance.
Recommended!

All very well just the worst air conditioning.

It met expectations, very comfortable beds, very good breakfast, the concierge Jean excellent concierge, very attentive and helpful. Excellent location close to everything.
The problem the air conditioning of the room we were assigned very old-fashioned, noisy, located below the window, nothing functional, should renew it because it takes away many points.

Climbing

It met expectations. Only q the entrance is not comfortable and I recommend you bring your shampoo and rinse cream.
Full breakfast. Very friendly employees. Great location. Very comfortable beds. Please note that the restaurant closes early in the evening.

Comfy and in great location

Well positioned hotel in the Providencia suburb of Santiago. On a leafy street, near the river and parkland with a decent range of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and a great welcome drink of Pisco sour.
Rooms are comfy and clean. The breakfast is tasty and varied
