Big crush

Kindness incarnate! Big crush on this hostel so exotic and so cute. The lady was kind and really helped us during our stay when she had nothing to gain. The well-being of his customers is important to him.

Proper accommodation but a hateful meal and a welcome unworthy of Canada.

As far as the room is concerned, there's nothing to blame for the simple comfort of the Award. On the other hand for the meal it is detestable having travelled a lot in Africa especially Mali and Asia. It was the worst meal of my life. A pumpkin soup floats quite a bit but still passes but the worst was the dish in the middle of the hyper dry deer meat pieces boiled in water and served with this cooking water with some potatoes and carrot floating. A dish worthy of a prison meal. For dessert it was a proper semolina cake. I dared to protest because such a meal for 45 dollars outraged me. I seem to be the only one posting such a review. If you think so please confirm.
Such a welcome is unworthy of Canadian hospitality.

Bonjour,
Nous vous avons bien traité ...par contre les autres clients ont été scandalisés par votre comportement inapproprié envers la jeune serveuse qui est resté très professionnel.
Bien à vous

Change of scenery guaranteed

In an exotic setting, we were very pleasantly received by the owners of the place; they are available and attentive to the needs of the guests.
They are good tips to help visiting the area. They prepare typical breakfasts adapted to the expectations of their guests.
Thank you for your kindness. It was a beautiful meeting

+ good sized room, comfy bed.
- very small shower and impossible to reorient the shower head. Could hear everything going on in the hall.

Pass your way

We had booked 2 nights in tipi. A real hellhole with a tepee taking on water and putting out the fire.
A few meagre logs of wood laid at the foot of wooden planks that act as beds.
Sleeping bags with questionable hygiene.
Shared showers with a simple curtain and whose also cleanliness was limited.
We were traveling with our 2 children 8 and 11 years old.
The Owner's only response was to tell us that it was teepee life and that it was like that and not otherwise.
We finished the first night in the small lounge of the adjacent museum which was open.
I pass you the details of the welcome for Breakfast with a response to food allergies more than limit.
We didn't come back the second night.
Pass your way despite the beautiful location.

Bonjour,
