This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A security deposit ranging between CAD 500-1500 is required upon check-in and must be charged on a valid credit card (personal checks and American Express are not permitted). This deposit will be voided 8 days after departure, provided there are no damages. One-Bedroom Apartment: deposit of CAD 500 Two-Bedroom Apartment: deposit of CAD 750 Four-Bedroom Apartment: deposit of CAD 1250 Superior Four-Bedroom Apartment: deposit of CAD 1500 Please note that these apartments are located at 6-170 Chemin Au-Pied-de-la-Montagne, Mont-Tremblant, Québec, Canada, J8E 3M2. Upon booking, L'Altitude will send a confirmation to guests with directions to the property, as well as the allocated apartment number. Guests needs to be a minimum of 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent and provide a valid credit card imprint as a security deposit upon check-in.
