There was an elevator although painfully slow, staff were friendly and 7 eleven shop opposite
The Bad
No jacuzzi but in all honesty i wouldn't have used it looking at the standards of cleanliness
The Ugly
Not a great area. First impressions of area would put you off phnom penn. Rooms were very shabby, aircon was poor. Sink hanging on to wall by love only.
Deep clean would take it to 2 star rating.
Beds so hard.
Wish i could give it a better rating but its just another neglected hotel

Room is clean. Elevator works. Staff is kind. Good choice. Not a resort feel but good for business travelers and comfortable rooms in the center of the city.
