Realmente aconchegante

Estivemos no na pousada no feriado de junho, é um lugar incrível, um pouquinho complicado para chegar pois fica bem em meio a mata, porém com o Google maps fica fácil. Fomos recepcionados pelo dono da Pousada em senhor muito simpático, todos os funcionários, sem exceção muito atenciosos. Ficamos na suíte 5 com sacada e lareira, bem espaçosa. Nada a reclamar, voltaria com certeza.

Total disrespect towards the guest

We made the reservation on 06/16 directly with the inn for the room with fireplace and whirlpool, with a deposit of 25% of the amount for 08/12 to 08/14. We arrived at the inn on 08/12 and were surprised that there was no reservation in our name and the suite we booked was not available. They made a lower suite available and on Sunday we would move to the correct suite. If all this inconvenience wasn't enough, we were informed that from Sunday to Monday we would be alone at the inn, as they don't take reservations from Sunday to Monday. How does an inn leave guests alone? What if something unforeseen happens? It is worth remembering that the inn does not have any cell phone signal, only Wi-Fi. I found it disrespectful towards the small guest. Finally, we decided to leave on Sunday morning and found another inn to stay. Furthermore, the daily rate does not match the poor accommodation, a shower that does not come out with enough water, a soft mattress and poor cleaning. Total disappointment with this guesthouse. The only thing that was good is that the view is very beautiful and Nildo who served us was very helpful and polite.

Boa experiência

A paisagem é sensacional! Exatamente como estávamos procurando. O café da manhã é bem variado e tdo q eu comi estava bom. O wifi funcionou , as vezes caia,mas se vc se conectar na rede denovo volta , mas da pra usar o celular normal. Nosso quarto tinha varanda e uma boa vista. Piscina tava bem limpinha, é tdo bem limpo pra falar a verdade. Tem uns vinhos expostos pra comprar, cachaça da região.. eu achei bem legal. Pra quem gosta de lugar mais rústico e natureza vai gostar com certeza

Lugar para descansar

Ambiente rústico e acolhedor. Há um deck com uma vista linda onde vc pode degustar um vinho ou fazer a refeição ali. A casa oferece cerveja artesanal também , muito boa por sinal.
O café da manhã é bastante farto e os cadinhos oferecidos à noite são deliciosos.

Lugar para descansar

O lugar é rústico e aconchegante.
Algumas partes estavam em obras (sala de jogos), mas nada capaz de comprometer o passeio.
Durante o café da manhã, sentir a natureza e ver os animais
(macaco e beija flore), foi uma boa experiência.
