Very handy if you're taking a flight the next day.

We decided to stay here because the next day we had an early flight and we didn’t want to be away from the airport and have to deal with the traffic of Rio.
Also because it is next to a shopping with good fast food options and last minute shopping.
Small room, but for one night you're fine.
Clean, modern, new and with a nice view of the city.
The check in somewhat slow, especially considering that we had already done a pre check in that was supposed to speed up.
A point for improvement.
Lobby staff who welcomed us very attentively, but did not speak English.
Breakfast I can't say, we don't use that service.
Parking is for a fee.
Tip: notify at reception to have a better value in the cost of it.
I think it has a pool, but we didn't use it, it was a lightning stay.
Volveria.

The ibis hotel Rio de Janeiro New America is located within the Shopping New America, offering easy access and various options also the convenience of the location.
We would like to highlight the sympathy and cordiality of the employee named Cristiane (in breakfast) and the whole reception that welcomed us and guided with much sympathy on our arrival on 30/12/2024

I loved the experience!

Amazing experience. All clean. Educated employees. The breakfast is very good. Because it is within a shopping area, with easy access to the subway, it is a good request to go in a couple / family / friends, as a walk through the shops, there are several nice restaurants available, mainly Rua do Rio with bars and live music, all in one place.

Leave to wish

I was hoping to be a little better. At Ibis Budget, there is no fridge bar in the rooms, no telephone to contact the reception, no face towels. Extremely tight rooms. I only indicate for traveling sellers, for those who are passing and want to just sleep, nothing more. Breakfast, very good, despite the extra price of R$40.00 per person. Also expensive, the parking which costs R$40.00 per day.

This is a very basic hotel. Had to wait over 10 minutes to check in and on departure it took some time for the employee to understand the request for the bill. The duvet cover was torn on the end and the mattress was very thin. Repairs observed to the shelf and standing water and no ventilation in the bathroom. The location next to the mall was good and it took only approximately 15 mins to get to the airport on a Sunday morning.
