Loved it!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The concierge helped us find a driver who took us to the Argentine side of the falls. The Brazil park entrance is a short walk from the hotel. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from. The restaurant had a nice buffet each night, making it convenient. The room was small but clean. The maid service was very good. We would stay here again.

TO AVOID

We stayed one night at this hotel from 8 to 9 January 2025 room 616.
We decided to take this hotel because its main advantage is being located 5 minutes walk from the entrance to Igazu Falls. I will allow myself to judge only the services I have used
This hotel is a 5 star hotel, regarding the room, I have rarely seen anything so bad for a 5 star, this one is not even worthy of a 3 star, and still I think there are 2 stars that offer superior rooms. The bathroom is a disgrace. We had a lot of trouble getting hot water and the flow rate was extremely low, if not almost non-existent for hot water, same for the bed unworthy of a 5 star.
The pool is equal to the establishment which is not the case for the breakfast or buffet we had in the evening. Some of the staff were far from friendly especially at the pool.

Lovely resort!

Sanma Hotel was absolutely exquisite right from the warm welcome to the stunning ambience. The overall feel was very relaxing
, food was delicious and staff was friendly. Especially Gabriel who I've been in touch with right from the start. He helped book my tickets (Iguaçu Falls, Bird Park and Marcos Das Treis Fronteiras) in advance which made it hassle free. He has also been extra helpful to us on the last day of our stay.
We enjoyed the jacuzzi and sitting by the pool side. The location is also perfect as we can just walk to the park entrances. Highly recommended resort :)

Amazing grounds and convenient location at walking distance from the national park and very close to the airport. Unfortunately, views from rooms were a little disappointing

Good clean hotel next to entrance of National Park.

This hotel is a solid option for a few nights to see the falls. As others have said the rooms are small but had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The hotels design is a bit odd and sole less, but nonetheless clean and comfortable with a nice big pool area to relax after a day’s exploring, and lets be honest that’s why most of us are in iguassu.
The food options were not extensive but again for 2 nights all we needed.
Staff all excellent and friendly and best English hotel staff we had in Brazil. We paid to keep the room to 6pm at a fair price.
