Amazing experience

We had an incredible experience, we were welcomed by Francine with champagne, chocolates and grapes in the room decorated with petals!
Our wedding was unforgettable... congratulations to the team... we will return and recommend the accommodation

Do not recommend

At 23:00 they put the only guests, besides us, in the room next door, as there is no sound insulation, we woke up and we could not sleep with the noises and conversations until 2:00 in the morning.
We asked the receptionist at night to warn that there were guests in the next room but no effect.
In addition, the bedroom and bedding smelled like mold and the cleanliness left much to be desired.
We intended to stay another night but had to change Inn.

Above my expectations

I recommend this inn to anyone going to Cananéia-SP. Friendly service. Apartment updated and, whenever we returned from tours, it was clean and with special touches of care. Christmas dinner was wonderful. Everything very well taken care of.

O Gerente Sr. Marcos

O atendimento do Sr. MARCOS é uma LÁSTIMA, para não falar outra coisa, mesmo vc pagando metade da reserva de alguns dias antecipado, fica desesperado cobrando a outra parte cada vez que te enxerga na pousada, mesmo antes de vencer as diárias pagas. Um pequeno detalhe, se vc pagar tudo adiantado e resolver sair um dia antes ELE NÃO REEMBOLSA a diária. Caso vc faça a reserva antecipada, pague os 50% no ato e por algum motivo não consiga ir naquela data, PERDEU MANÉ, ele não aceita mudar a data e NÃO DEVOLVE seus 50%.

Contudo, as regras para reserva são informadas antes do pagamento, e devem ser seguidas, pois nossa sobrevivência refere-se a estadias, cancelamentos em cima da hora não nos dá tempo hábil de revender os quartos para outras pessoas e existem funcionários que dependem de salários o ano todo em nossa pousada que infelizmente possui uma demanda sazonal.

Excelente Pousada

Local excepcional, ótima estrutura ,quartos muito bom , atendimento top equipe sempre disposta a ajudar localização muito boa, hospedagem sem nenhum problema . Obrigado a todos da pousada e o Sr. Marcos pelo atendimento com as reservas.
