Inn

The guesthouse is super cozy and relaxing, it looks like a place with lots of trees and 3 huge swimming pools, well located close to the center of Cabo Frio and Praia do Forte. The only thing left to be desired was the air conditioning that didn't cool all night and the fan that didn't turn on, they need to make these repairs. There is a breakfast with few varieties, room service, minibar and TV in the room too.

Misleading photos

Without a shadow of a doubt, the WORST hosting experience of my entire life.
The rooms are dirty, with a bad smell. Stained bed linen with a stale smell, dirty bathroom, doors being eaten by termites (believe me, we could hear the sound of them eating the door). The rooms smelled of cat and the “balcony” hadn’t been cleaned in months.
The entire common area was ROTTEN. We cannot evaluate the breakfast, because we were unable to sleep at the inn. We went to an event with the intention of getting married afterwards, but the inn only helped us to change clothes. Still, I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING EVEN FOR A FEW HOURS. TOTALLY MISLEADING PHOTOS. At the very least, it is disrespectful to those who book the place, based on the photos posted here.

pretty good guesthouse

Very bad hostel, dirty pool, terrible breakfast, dirty pillow, it looks like someone cleaned it with it, the rooms are excellent, the maids are excellent, they are all polite, terrible service, that blonde should change the option two days after I was there, the coffee was the same thing.

A HORROR, LIARS

Bad experience.
Disappointed
Bad place. Dirty, breakfast room bathroom with feces. Lying employee regarding the lack of light, publicity images do not match reality. The owner does nothing to improve the place. Bad breakfast. Stale bread, watery soft drink, gooey yogurt, presented, etc.
Dirty pool inside and around.
A total lack of respect for guests. People paid to be there and it was no small feat.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HAUNTED PLACE. A roadside motel would be much better

Pior lugar em que me hospedei!!!

Não indico para ninguém. As fotos divulgadas são propaganda enganosa e em nada refletem a atual condição de serviço e zelo. Precisam melhorar muito! Para ser justa, o único ponto positivo desta pousada é a localização. As instalações não passam por manutenção faz muito tempo, a higiene é precária, as acomodações muito ruins (parecem ter sido boas no passado), pois tudo é extremamente velho e quebrado. Quando chegamos, as camas tinham apenas um lençol estendido solto sobre cada colchão (precisamos solicitar lençol de cobrir), as toalhas fornecidas eram muito rotas e algumas rasgadas. Precisamos comprar desinfetante para amenizar o cheiro do banheiro. O café da manhã era ainda mais decepcionante, com pouca variedade e falta do itens essenciais, como manteiga por exemplo, xícaras mal lavadas e granola com bichos (minha indignação foi tanta que não fotografei isso, num impulso retirei-a da mesa e levei o para a responsável pela cozinha). Confesso que permanecemos nessa pousada pois estávamos num grupo de 6 amigas e teríamos dificuldades para nos hospedarmos em outro lugar juntas, mas todo o tempo me questionei se não seria melhor sairmos de lá. Fizemos alguns registros fotográficos comprobatórios de todos os absurdos que estou relatando. Ficamos extremamente indignadas. Solicitamos troca de quartos mas nos foi dito que a pousada estava cheia e que somente seria possível no 3º dia (ficamos 4), desistimos então pois acreditamos que seria trocar por algo muito semelhante, visto que toda a pousada estava precarizada. A piscina estava com a água turva, azulejos faltando e alguns quebrados, nem preciso dizer que não ousamos adentrar. Para completar o absurdo, na 3º noite vimos uma ratazana enorme passar na frente do nosso quarto. Inacreditável!!! Não sei como a eede OYO mantém seu nome atrelado a este lugar!!!!
