Excellent
I believe the parking fee of 20 reais is unnecessary. But still, I highly recommend the hotel to everyone who is passing through the city or wishes to rest during the longer journey.

Traumatic experience
To make it worse, there were only 2 towels available in the room. Even after we ordered the additional towels at reception, they were never delivered. The room also did not have enough pillows for 4 people, and the blankets smelled unpleasant, as if they had been used many times before. Very bad really, all of them, the fridge bar is pretty noisy.
The pool, although it was with clean water, had missing tiles, which is dangerous for guests. In addition, the tiles were dirty and wrapped in dirt, seeming never cleaned. In some external areas, there were dirty and stalled water spots.
The receptionist blamed a training worker for these problems, but that doesn't justify the bad experience we had. We hope that the hotel administration will take appropriate measures to improve the quality of the services offered and prevent other guests from going through what we are going through.
As for the morning coffee, this yes is congratulations and the A and B team.
I do not recommend Hotel Dan Inn Araraquara and hope this report will serve as a warning for other travellers.
