Food and beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary, and other relevant info on dates where such guidelines exist. The infinity pool and edge hot tub can be used from 06:00 to 18:00 only, and it is closed during Mondays for cleaning. For early morning arrives a full night will be charge. Early check in (from 08:00 onward) will be subject to availability and half of the night will be charge. Late check out (until 18:00) will be subject to availability, and half of the night will be charge. For later check outs, a full night will be charge. The Bar +591 is closed due remodelation, however we have reduced service for guests only. Ona Restaurant is open only for guests and the Breakfast is now served due the pandemic.

Bolivian citizens will be charged an additional 13% value added tax. Please note that foreign guests do not need to pay this tax if they show their passports, immigration cards (issued within the past 90 days), and a non-Bolivian credit card.
