Lovely stay with a beautiful view!

We spent 4 days in a lovely cottage. Well maintained, very clean and a lovely sauna!
Upon arrival you will receive a basic cleaning package and a toilet roll. I recommend bringing dishwasher tablets. The beds were lovely and there is a lot to do in the area with the children. We can warmly recommend the climbing park, the animal park and space museum!

It is worth repeating

We had a safari tent with private bathroom with rain shower, sink, toilet. Equipped kitchen, with utensils, gas stove, microwaves, nespresso, refrigerator, table with 6 chairs. Sitting area with sofa and pellet stove. 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with bunk bed + single bed. On the covered terrace was a lounge that sat comfortably and a garden bench / table. Everything was neatly taken care of and everything you needed was there. The domain was cared for and there was a heated outdoor pool. All this in a beautiful setting. In the cafeteria the menu was limited. Fast food only. In the shop you will find everything you need. At the reception we were received very friendly. When I read some reviews I feared a horror campsite. But this is NOT the case at all. I will definitely be back.

Never again

Booked for 3 nights, only stayed 2 nights. Upon arrival we immediately noticed that the campsite was really not maintained. Tall weeds, barrier broken down, toys dated,... It is a terrace campsite and we had the misfortune to be at the top. Our neighbors could have their car towed immediately upon arrival, clutch broken. Pool is too small and really nasty... Bah. The sanitary facilities are also degoutant. I haven't seen a cleaning crew. Mold and feces everywhere. Tavern is nothing. Limited map. Order sandwiches online and in the morning at 8.30 am you can start looking for your bag on the shelves... Pathetic. We had the impression that there is no more investment in this place. After two nights but left ...what a disappointment.

Bedankt dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw mening te delen. We zijn verrast door enkele aspecten van uw feedback, omdat we er alles aan doen om een hoog niveau van onderhoud in onze camping te handhaven.
Onze teams zorgen ervoor dat de voorzieningen regelmatig worden onderhouden, inclusief de sanitaire voorzieningen die meerdere keren per dag worden schoongemaakt. In elk blok is er bovendien een registratieblad aanwezig waarop de schoonmaakrondes door ons team worden bijgehouden. Ook ons zwembad wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt en gecontroleerd om de netheid en veiligheid van onze gasten te garanderen.
Wat betreft de autopech van een andere klant, begrijpen we dat dit frustrerend voor hen kan zijn geweest, maar helaas valt dit buiten onze controle. We betreuren ook het ongemak dat u heeft ervaren door de gebroken slagboom. Deze is beschadigd door een klant en we wachten momenteel op de tussenkomst van de verzekeringen om deze te vervangen.
Tot slot willen we benadrukken dat het mogelijk is om bij de reservering een voorkeursplek te kiezen, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid. Het spijt ons dat de door u gekozen plek niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed.
We vinden uw beoordeling erg streng, vooral gezien de inspanningen die we leveren om de tevredenheid van onze klanten te waarborgen. Toch respecteren we uw mening en nemen we uw opmerkingen ter harte om onszelf te blijven verbeteren.

Top camping!

Very nice campsite! We had a Cordelia mobile home and had a very good experience with it! Everything was very neat, only we had not received dishwasher tablets. We had a 3-month-old baby with us and went to bathe her on the caming itself and we found the sanitary blocks extremely clean! Were brushed several times a day. The camping shop was a bit disappointing. A small jar of chicken curry from the brand boni costs 4.50€ further here, we have nothing to criticize. We will definitely be back!:)
