Generous Hosts

A large group of us stayed here while playing in the European Masters Hockey Championships. The rooms were nothing spectacular but comfortable and practical. The crowning glory though is the staff and the food. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and always with a smile on their faces. The food was varied and always excellent. If you visit as a group or a couple, a warm welcome awaits you.

Bistro pub with rooms

This place will not suit everyone. It's not a standard hotel but more of a bistro/pub with rooms. While you may not get all the amenities of a regular hotel what you do get is very friendly and personal service. It's a very popular location for locals for eating and their food does not disappoint. You can sit inside or outside (which is more popular) or have a bar snack. The rooms were large and very clean. We loved it. Bus stops are very close if you want to take the bus into Antwerp.

In een rustig en aangenaam kader hebben wij nu al meerdere keren genoten van een lekkere lunch.
De bediening is attentvol, prijs/kwaliteit zit het wel goed.

Een bestemming om te onthouden

Super mooi stemmingsvol cafe met een nette bediening en een grote keuze van bieren en gerechten die van een hoog culinair gehalte zijn. De mogelijkheid om hier te overnachten was geen probleem. Voor hen die hier goed gefeest hebben is dit zeker een aanrader.

Niet zo’n aangenaam verblijf

Wc-papier rolhouder op onmogelijke plaats aan muur, geen plaats meer om plaats te nemen op toilet.
Stopcontacten uit de muur, heel gevaarlijk. Niet zo een aangenaam verblijf. We zijn vroeger naar huis vertrokken dan gepland omdat het geen fijn verblijf was.
