This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the apartments will only be serviced Monday to Friday. There is no housekeeping service on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Please note that City Edge Box Hill requires a credit card pre-authorization upon check in. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard or China UnionPay credit card. Please note that there is a 1.4% charge when you pay with WeChat pay or AliPay.
