You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Aussie Resort in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that this property does not accept payments with American Express/Diners Club credit cards. You must show a valid credit card and photo ID upon check in. This credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.
