Perfect! my favorite hotel on Oran

Perfection! location of the ideal hotel near the great Mosque, the director organized us a VIP tour of the Mosque:) Royal!
The rooms are spacious, very nicely decorated, the photos are not up to reality. The service is impeccable!!!

Luxury and super well decorated service

Superb hotel in Oran, top service far superior to those of 5 star hotels in Europe, very helpful staff, attentive and even renders services in "best effort", everything is super clean, the restaurant is of very good quality, rich breakfast, an address I keep for travel to Oran...

Hotel a not recommended

Excuse me, but the hotel the palme d'Oran and its staff are really top, and we can't even compare it with the staff, and then the owner who has no respect to his customers, he dared to send me the waiter at the restaurant level to ask me to move to the room downstairs for the beautiful eyes of two old men, I speak to you from experience, and for the rates when you call them on the phone they communicate you a price and arrived there you will be surprised by another price that has nothing to do with tax, for me the onyx hotel is the worst destination.
Ps: I highly recommend the hotel the palm, location value for money

excellent

a very pleasant stay of 04 nights with family
Let's start with the welcome which was very warm from the hostesses with great facilities and flexibility. even showed us around the rooms before check-in,
the luxurious lobby with 02 entrances, a main and a 2nd side parking.
the rooms: spacious, well equipped (TV, fridge, wifi, kettle, ..), magnificent views both from the main avenue side and from the neighborhoods nearby.
very comfortable bedding, good sound insulation, a little less on the side of the avenue, for people who like total silence it is better to take the rooms on the parking side.
very decent breakfast quite varied.
we were treated to a fruit assiete (commercial gesture of the management) + we celebrated a birthday at the restaurant.
All the staff is very kind, available.
only downside, there is 01 only elevator for 10 floors, sometimes the wait can last a few minutes.
otherwise well deserved 5/5

Unbelievable rush!

Go there with your eyes closed, the welcome is just amazing. Receptionists male or female are so welcoming when you arrive. Not to mention the boss who remains humble. I'm not even talking about the rooms, they're amazing, the restaurant the same. I used to make The Palme hotel but frankly this one deserves more of a 5 star than The Palme which is not at all welcoming as Onyx is. Next destination Onyx by Luna!
